The Altered Alice

Today is week two of inspiration for week one of the challenges at The Altered Alice (the new home for Oh, Alice challenges)!

Our excerpt is...
"Alice crouched down among the trees as well as she could, for her neck kept getting entangled among the branches, and every now and then she had to stop and untwist it. After a while she remembered that she still held the pieces of mushroom in her hands, and she set to work very carefully, nibbling first at one and then at the other, and growing sometimes taller and sometimes shorter, until she had succeeded in bringing herself down to her usual height.
It was so long since she had been anything near the right size, that it felt quite strange at first; but she got used to it in a few minutes, and began talking to herself, as usual. `Come, there's half my plan done now! How puzzling all these changes are! I'm never sure what I'm going to be, from one minute to another!"
-- Chapter 5, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland
The challenge is to make something that features a dress form, OR to make something that changes in form!
Remember that - STAMPOTIQUE ORIGINALS is sponsoring our first challenge with a $30 gift certificate for one lucky winner, so get your entries in!

Here is my inspiration...

I have used paper from Graphic 45 - Alice in Halloween .. both the 12 x 12 sheets and the 8" paper pack... I like how I was able to have both the different sized keyhole papers as a result!!

I have used on of The Greeting Farm's Creepers.. I think she makes a good Alice! :D And she is wearing a pretty dress.. so that is my dress form .. and as for the changing form... I've used some of the G4 paper - cutting out the image of Abosolem (the Blue caterpillar) and then the trail leading to a butterfly!
Other additions include.. using my Tim Holtz distresser for the edges AND a metal key :D

Thanks for coming along on another crazy Alice adventure!!!
