Farm Fresh Friday :: Punch It!

Good mornin,

I hope you are all having a great week so far!! :D I'm really on a roll with cardmaking at the moment... enjoying it.. I think being able to do it for FUN again is really helping tee hee!!

It's about time I  entered a Farm Fresh Friday Challenge AGAIN with The Greeting Farm so here I am... This week the challenge is to Punch it... they would like us to use punches or dies...

Here's my card... I've used Miss Anya Scarves which I coloured last year to attempt a "distress look" using Copics.. I think it sort of works .. what do you think?? I'm not sure I can pull off the Distressed look on a whole card but this is an attempt tee hee!

Wish it was cooler here... not liking the humidity - so I'll just live out that dream for a bit by using a "wintery image"!

so... here is my M.A.D card... I have used Freaky Flutter and decided to go completely Monochrome with just B&W + shades of grey! I think it's a bit dark and doesn't stand out as much as I would like... But it was pretty fun! :D

The music note paper is new digi paper that I got from Bizzy Becs digi store ... isn't it gorgeous!!
I printed it on our black and white printer instead of colour though...

The distressing I have done with scissors, an emery board and sponging ink on...Creepy cake girl is coloured with cool Greys... C1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 0 and a white gel pen for highlights.


I ALMOST just did an ATC as I thought the image stood out quite well like this!! Perhaps that will HAVE to be a challenge for myself for another day!! :D

Sugarbowl sketch + distressing

This card is for the current challenge over at the Sugar Bowl.... which is to follow the required sketch and add distressing! Went for a black and white card today :D I will add a sentiment once I work out where I am going to send this card/ to whom!

Think it still needs something... maybe some flowers... hmmm.

It's been a hot windy day here in Sydney but seems the cool breeze is on the way in! YAY!!!
