TREASURE

Good morning ... errr actually it's gone on past 12 so Happy Afternoon!! lol! Hope you are having a great start to the week... or end to the weekend for those still in Sunday!! :D

I am here to share a card.... I was looking at NEW Digi images the other day... wanting to buy MORE when Guy reminded me I had lots and had some I had not coloured ... so I went on a hunt and printed out a bunch of old image... This Pirate Laddie was from Tickled Pink... I had coloured him previously but he never made it onto a card. I have had a few images like that... oops!! THIS one however I  coloured  last week and HE is now ON a card! yay!!!

Halloween'ish cards

Well.. I don't really celebrate Halloween!! But I have made a few Halloween'ish cards anyway hehe!! The first is for the FIRST Saturated Canary challenge ... had to enter seeing as Em so generously had given me the voucher to spend on those funky images!!! Check out the challenge blog and the AWESOME DT creations!!

There is a sketch to follow... which I have adapted a little using a flutterby instead of the three butterflies :) I also had to give this pretty girly green skin... to go with the Halloween theme and the inspiration on the challenge posting!!


and my second card is using this gorgeous Vampire Lolita from Tickled Pink stamps that Hubby bought me a digi of for my b'day! Must say it's a fun image to colour :D although tricky in spots! I sat her on top of a photo we took at Carcassonne - we took so many photos there when we were there in 2007 and I think they do make a good background in cards don't you?? The sentiment is from The Greeting Farm :D

I made this card for my big sis ... it was her birthday on Tuesday and we went out for yummy Thai to celebrate!! I thought this Lil Lolita - Ivy (from Tickled Pink stamps) looks a little like her... and she wears similar funky dresses and boots... so perfect!!!

The colours I used are: E000, E00, E11, B12, 14, 16, BV02, 04, 08, C1,3,5,7,10 + White gel pen

Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge : A rose is a rose

I'm just scraping in with my entry for the current Lil Lolita Boutique Challenge which is:

"A ROSE IS A ROSE...."

"So anything with a rose on it, papers, hand made, paper rose, fabric rose etc is a pass!"

I have used this gorgeous image that one of my lovely stamping blogging buddies sent to me so I could have a little play AND there is a rose on the image - how apt.. oh, and I added some rose petals too (which I coloured black first).


I have always thought this Lil Lolita looked a little sad so thought the sentiment "thinking of you" would work well! I got the newsletter from my LSS this week and they are now selling Kellie's Lil Lolitas! How cool!

Hope you are all having lovely weeks.. mine has been a bit hectic thus far but tomorrow I do to Melbourne! YAY! Can't wait!

I have used this gorgeous Lil Lolita - Fashionette Ivy that I got as a digi from Tickled Pink Stamps... you've still got one day left to snap up some of these beauties in digi from Kellie.
I did draw lines across her arms so that she is wearing the White rabbits white gloves. HAD to!! LOL ....I'm sorry - I cheated a little... I added a couple of dots with my multiliner for the flutterfly trails ... and I also put some pink bling in the tiny flowers.. as they had holes that needed covering.. and I could not cope with so much white!
