Big Copical blog hop

Good morning everyone, I'm excited today... through my little business - Mad for Markers I am having a blog hop ... which was open to everyone who loves using Copics ... so, today to be hopping around the blogworld with bloggers from all over the world!! :D

I do have a card to share today... surprise! FINALLY! (I have been in a bit of a MOJOless place lately) ... this card is using one of the gorgeous images released at Spesch Stamps last month ... I have coloured the image in reds - R24, 46, 59 and Neutral grays 4, 5,7,9 and then the skin tones as well.. E000, E00, E01, (E50 +E000 on dresses for shading with E70,71 for the ground shadow) Aren't they a sweet pair :)

a Royal birthday!!!

I thought it fitting yesterday on the Queens Birthday long weekend here to make a royal birthday card.. so I used this adorable new Princess from The Greeting Farm to make a card!!!



Hope everyone had a great weekend!! We did... albeit a cold one... a trip to Brisbane (supposedly the sunshine state) where we stayed with my one of my lovely sisters, attended a beautiful wedding and my sister and I even got to shop at the Scrapbooking expo!! brilliant!

The Copics I used are:

I've used Angelica's Day dream... I gave her a bit of a crown! Huge thanks to the lovely Ashlee who sent me a few goodies a little while ago... I've used a few bits and bobs of those embellisments on a few of todays cards!!! :D

Spesch stamps new release blog hop

Good morning :) Welcome to the Spesch Stamps June release blog hop!! If you came here from the lovely Renkata's blog then you are right on track... if not then please hop on over to the Spesch Stamps blog to start it off! It's only a small bloghop but guess what ... Tracey is going to give away all the stamps to one lucky hopper...and two stamps to another! How awesome!!

It's so exciting... Spesch stamps have a new designer on board by the name of Suzui. With her gorgeous little chibi’s you can’t go wrong. And who can forget Sylvia – with a gorgeous stamp design based on Tracey’s daughter Ashley.

I have cards to share with ALL the images today... so maybe my post is a long one.. haha .. but I love all the images so had to use them all...

First up... is the gorgeous Ashley (designed by the lovely and talented Sylvia)
... this is the card I made for Tracey's birthday last month ... I only used part of the image .. cropping it with a nestie...

and now for these SWEET chibi images by Suzui...

and the last card is the one I have made for the latest Lollipop Ladies challenge which is inspired by Rainbow Paddlepops :D I think this gorgeous Chibi - Lidia is my favourite chibi :D

Make it Crafty images

This morning I have a couple of cards that I made.. just for fun! I have used images that I purchased from Zoe at Make it Crafty... Tell you what those digis sure are beautiful to colour in!!! :D Ok so first up we have....

Mermaid Cordelia

I've paired her with paper from my stash AND a sentiment from The Greeting Farm :D I have used LOTS and LOTS of markers on her... and I'm sorry that I have not recorded them... but her til has nearly all the BVs along with a couple of Vs and her hair has BG0s and BG70s :D

and for the second card I've made I used...

Violet

- I have layered her on top of the goregous rainbow background :D this was such a fun little scene to colour in. I followed Zoe's tips on colouring the rainbow and as much as I hated to take the colour past the line on the rainbow I think it has worked quite well! LOL!

Some pretty Princesses

Hello!! Just wanted to show you a couple of cards I have made using the new Princesses released this month by The Greeting Farm... they are so sweet! I did have a lot of fun colouring these in whilst watching Princess Diaries #2 :D
