Friday Sketch challenge

Good afternoon ... It's that time again.... a NEW Friday Sketch challenge!!! A lovely sketch by Zarna this time... it was a little tricky for me deciding what to do with it.. but in the end I love the sketch :)

Here's what I  created....

 

I used the Gorgeous little Fairies that are in a Clear stamps set from The Greeting Farm! wrk perfectly for "smaller" areas! lol!

I coloured them with copics... 

Skin:E000, E00, E11, R20, 

Background: B21, 

Skirts: YG05, 07,17, 

Wings: V20, V22, 

Tops: RV52, RV55, 

Hair: E17, E27, E79.

Fairy Ria is HERE with her grown up Dragon friend

So the day is here ... Ria's Dragon friend is all grown up and they are now in the Mad for Markers store HERE!! yay!!!!

So I have a couple of creations to share with you showing them all coloured up .. .First of all we have the Dragon herself ... all coloured in purples....

and then my second version has Fairy Ria with her friend... and this time I've coloured her large friend green!!! I coloured this quite large so have not put it onto a card.. still deciding what to do with this one!!! :)

So I have another Fairy Ria card to share with you today... this time we see WHAT was in that egg... ooh..  a lil baby dragon... how cute!! lol... Here is Ria with her little friend... you will be able to purchase these images at Mad for Markers tomorrow!!

you can also see some more peaks at this image over on the Mad for Markers blog... and there you will also see Emma's colouring of FairyRia sitting down... I loved how she gave Ria more eyelashes.. and so I did the same on the above image (using a 0.05mm multiliner)

I also stole the hair colours I used on Ria from Emma too hehe.... YR14, E08, R46 and E18 - my new fav for red hair I think!!

Other colours I used are:

Skin: E000, E53, E11, RV10
Wings: RV10 and kinderglitz
Dress: B23, B93, B97, C-8
Dragon: BV11, BV02, BV13, V25

I also used some TGF stamps from the Flutterheart clear stamps set .. the sentiment and hearts at the top :)


 

It's ALMOST time for my Mad for Markers Digi release of Fairy Ria and her Dragon friend.... They will be available this WEDNESDAY!! 

So today I am sharing a couple more previews....

I have two birthday creations to share with you today ... made using my two favourite stamp companies stamps... both of which (of course ;)  I stock in my online store tee hee!!

The first is the card is for my Dad's birthday... He is a Bulldogs fan as you might well guess ....

and Here is my card for the challenge... I have used this lovely stamp Nouveau Girl - Dancer... one of Kristy's gorgeous Odd Girls!! :D She has a lovely ruffley dress to practise your ruffle colouring on... I  think I need to give her another go to practise mine hehe!!

Anniversary album

Hello everyone... Been doing cleaning up.. again... always the story of my life... well the good news is that I have room to craft again hehe! Anyway.. just thought I'd share some of last weeks creating!
Friday was Guy and my 10 year Wedding Anniversary.. wow... can't really believe we have been married for that long and yet I can't imagine life without Guy and LOVE being married to him! I am truly blessed with a wonderful man!!!

I wanted to make him something special.. so instead of a card I made a fold out card/ album ... with some photos from every year we've been married... for the cover I drew some sketches of the two of us and coloured them with copics! hehe!! Here is the cover...

 

and here is the inside page.. showing the first year.. our wedding day!!!

I thought I'd share a couple more pages so you can see how I added in some elements from the Flutterheart TGF clear stamp set... I also used some number stamps :)

My little fairy Ria

I have been sketching over the last months.. and I just HAD to share one of my little creations... this is Fairy Ria... She is named after the daughter of my bloggy friend Jac's daughter.. who shares my love of a particular creature... this will become apparent at the end of the month when you see Fairy Ria's "special friend"!!

I'm really happy that Jac - who was along for my Crafty Muse adventures is now going to be on the digi DT for M4M ... yay! Thanks Jac!!!

Hello everyone! I'm a bit slow today... tired after a wonderful weekend away with our church family.. was great spending time getting to know people better, and learning from God's word! We heard some great/ encouraging and challenging talks on 1 Thessalonians 1 & 2 and spent time thinking through how to get real with each other particularly by spending time 1:1 reading God's word together!

I just wanted to pop on and share a journal page I made showing some examples of Monochromatic colouring.. which just so happens to be the NEWEST challenge at Mad for Markers Challenges...

I changed over to the latest version of Blogger last week or sometime around then and am still trying to get my head around some of the changes... so apologies if some things don't look too great! lol!

Good afternoon!! 2 days in a row... I'm back on a roll - Let us see if I can keep it up!!I better get busy right... I  do colour all the time... but I do not always turn those coloured creations into cards... and I have been spending a lot of time on M4M admin + practising drawing... so might have some things to share soon on that front!!

Ok.. onto this card.... This gorgeous image is from Krista at Saturated Canary!!! I love Krista's style! She is an amazing artist!! :D

So I  have been colouring a few of these lately.. I  might share some more creations soon.. actually I gave one of my coloured images to Mel to pop on a card.. as she does such a great job on her cards! Can't wait to see it!!

This card was strange for me as I  put flowers on it!!! ahhhhhhhh!!! Yeah I  am not great with flowers... love them on other people's creations but never soom to look the same on mine... Oh well they are there now!!

This card is for my friend Becky!! Bit late but she has it now! YAY!!! :D

Friday Sketch challenge

Good afternoon... TODAY is the day for a NEW Friday Sketch challenge... and the day I START my blog happening again (been a while again .. OOPS! Been busy and no Mojo...)

The sketch is really lovely and I  had a lot of fun with this one... I LOVE this Lollipop girl from Spesch Stamps so HAD to pop her on a card when I found her on my desk this week - lol!!
