Magnolia Down Under :: colour challenge

The current challenge at Magnolia Down Under is a colour challenge...either:

• Pink, Brown and Cream/White
• Orange, Brown and Cream/White
• Blue, Brown and Cream/White.

Loving all those combinations and being a "hopeless decision maker" I decided to make THREE cards and try all combinations.... so here are my cards...







I did not have the right colour blooms for all the cards and so I changed their colours with my copics - worked quite well!

Copic colour challenge

I finally get the enter the Copic Colour Challenge again! :)

their colours this time are:

BV00 - tick - (just realised I used this on a different pixie... will show her tomorrow)
G00 - tick
RV02 - don't have that one...
so I used RV04 minimally (along with the colourless blender) + used a pink whisper pen on top.
I also used a couple of skin tone colours + yellows for the hair. Here is my card:




I used one of the adorable little pixie downloads available from Charmed Cards and Crafts!
Ain't she lovely?

no MOJO

I've kind of lost my Mojo!

But I have been colouring in... although I must admit I'm not exceptionally happy with them.


the Magnolias are for the current Magnolia Down Under challenge (just gotta find my Mojo so I can make them into cards) and the lovely little Pixies are from Lou and Karen's new collections at Charmed Cards and Crafts, you can get yours here

Magnolia down Under :: All about a Boy...

Whoo! I am finally getting my Magnolia down Under card in early'ish in the challenge...

This challenge is:
"All about a Boy"

so here is my "boy" card!! Hope you like it :)



I missed out on the last challenge... did not get my card onto the computer in time... but I thought I'd show it to you anyway... this was made with the "Moving to the Country" theme in mind...

I used a photo taken in Orange for the bacground (the pic of the card is a bit dark - sorry)
